Our friends at Storitel came to us with a question: how do you explain mission, vision, values, and EVP in a way that feels meaningful and memorable? Instead of sharing them as separate definitions, we turned them into a story. Mission became the vessel, vision the island on the horizon, values became the compass that keeps everyone on course, and EVP the tale of the journey itself. To guide viewers through this world, we introduced Fred, an optimistic and curious little bird who swoops in to make each idea feel welcoming and human. The final animation allows leaders to share a detailed understanding of concepts and terms that often remain abstract.
